This sessions has become very popular at residential, care homes, community groups, delivering sessions for other local charities and organisations like Indipendent Arts, Alzheimer Cafe, Aspire ….

I enjoy working with people of different ages and with varied levels of mobility. I encourage them to move, feel and love their bodies; to feel good about themselves. I have performed and led dance and music workshops across the Isle of Wight, mainland England, France and Bulgaria, and I also work as a professional holistic massage and sound therapist. In my movement sessions, I incorporate a chair warm-up, breathing exercises and influences of yoga, tai chi and dance workout. I like to include colourful props like scarfs and ribbons to create a fun experience.

Being part of drumming, singing circle or relaxing under the sounds of world music instruments are bringing us closer to being in harmonious state with yourself and everyone else around you.

Through years of practice and affected by others inspirations I have become multi instrumentalist that is still learning and exploring new instruments. My passion has been developed into using voice, kora (african harp), didgeridoo, various types of flutes, drums, hangdrum and percussion.
